Current situation

  • Surveys in italian healthcare and hospitals sector are the main vehicle to gather data and profile people habits. The COVID-19 pandemic is increasing the demand of this kind of tools to schedule tests and collect results.
  • Each IT Department of each hospital is providing its own web or mobile application to collect this kind of data causing a huge fragmentation and consequent problems in data reconciliation between different pre-existent platforms.

Why?

  • If there is a central Healthcare government each hospital is organized as an independent “company” and must provide tools to the people in autonomy to match with the territory caracteristics
  • Italian regulators doesn’t allow hospitals to buy from private companies software or services without tenders within a certain budget (less than 40k €) so is considered more easy and affordable to realize several small custom survey platforms than one centralized and flexible to meet each hospital requirements.

The solution

We aim to realize a flexible, text-based survey and reservation platform based on WhatsApp and Frami’s Artificial Intelligence framework sold as-a-service

The business model

The revenue model will be “pay-as-you-go”. The company will be billed on each survey/reservation completed by the users. The phone number will guarantee that each survey will be compiled exactly the expected number of times and will give a reliable Id to reconcile data between different databases giving a measurable value to each record gathered.
